DoI need to register to shop on CalgaryCuts.com?

You can browse and add products to your cart without an account, but you’ll need to register to check out and place an order.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same-day delivery in South Delhi and next-day delivery for other locations. All deliveries are made before noon the day after the order is placed.

WillI be notified if my delivery is delayed?

Yes, our customer support team will call to inform you in case of any delays and arrange a convenient delivery time.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

If you prefer a specific time, please call or email us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as an exception.

What should I do if parts of my order are damaged?

Meat products can only be returned if they are:

Delivered after their expiry date.

The package is altered or damaged during transit.

The incorrect item was delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via major credit/debit cards, wallets, and UPI. Cash on delivery (COD) and card payment upon delivery are also available.

Do you offer a separate product list for restaurants?

Yes, we have a special range of frozen meats, chicken, and ready-to-eat snacks in bulk packaging for the food service industry.

Where does Calgary Cuts source its meat?

We source our meat from trusted partners in India, ensuring the animals are raised in stress-free environments. Our selection process guarantees top quality, taste, and ethical farming practices.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered the next day between 11 am
to 4 pm. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery time.

Are there delivery charges?

A delivery charge of Rs.49/- is applicable for orders below Rs.500/-. Orders above Rs.500/ qualify for free delivery.

What are your delivery slots?

We have one delivery slot between 11 am and 4 pm. All orders are delivered the next day, ensuring the freshest products reach your table.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

What should I do if I have a quality concern?

How should I store the product?

Our pork is farm-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, expertly cut, and triple vacuum packed for freshness. It’s ready to use directly from the pack, without needing to be washed.
